Connect Your Email Provider with Your Domain

Once you've connected a Custom Domain to your Harness website, you can link your Email Provider services with your current Domain Name and have a professional-looking email address.

Go get started started, go to your Domain Provider's DNS Management Zone and add MX records pointing to your Email Provider's Servers.

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Go to your domain's DNS management zone.

3. Delete the existing MX records.

4. Add your new MX records provided by Google.

We highly recommend using a 3-rd pool tool such as www.mxtoolbox.com to ensure you've set the records correctly.

Make sure that you have deleted all of the MX records related to your previous email provider. An existing MX record will conflict with G Suite or Zoho Mail, affect email delivery, and result in the permanent loss of emails delivered.
